Aceiba (aceiba.dev) is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this service. For privacy inquiries, contact us at privacy@aceiba.dev.

We collect: (a) your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account; (b) uploaded creative files, which are analyzed and deleted within 24 hours of processing; (c) anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature interactions). We do not collect personal health, financial, or biometric data.

Your data is used to: provide and improve neuromarketing analysis; refine our predictive models (anonymized only); send product updates and relevant communications. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Uploaded creative files are permanently deleted within 24 hours of analysis completion. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Anonymous analytics are retained for up to 24 months.

Under Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP), you have the right to Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) regarding your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@aceiba.dev. We will respond within 15 business days.

We use essential cookies only: theme preference (aceiba-theme), language preference (aceiba-lang), and session authentication. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.

We use the following third-party services, each operating under their own privacy policy: Anthropic (AI analysis engine), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and edge delivery). No personal data is shared with these providers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
